Can I visit my dog during their Board & Train?

At this time, we do not offer visits during a Board & Train unless medically necessary for the dog. This is why we send DAILY updates!

Where will my dog stay during their Board & Train?

I have a small kennel building here on the property where my personal dogs and training dogs reside. It is temperature controlled and monitored with only 8, built in kennels. I limit myself to TWO training dogs at a time to ensure all of the dogs here get everything they need in terms of attention, exercise, and training! Being a small operation has many perks. Your pup will not be one of 25+ dogs in my care and you can be rest assured your pup is getting all of their needs met, and then some while in my care!

Will my dog forget me while they're at training?

Absolutely not! Your pup will be so excited to see you again and show off all of the new skills they learned!

Why are your programs priced lower than other trainers in the area?

I have such a small operation ran from my home property, which means I have a significantly reduced amount of overhead cost I have to cover! Because of this, I'm able to offer high quality training for a lower price!

Do you have age limits or breed restrictions for training?

Puppies must have completed their core vaccines, including rabies, before coming to training. Otherwise, I work with any age of dog and any breed!

Do you work with aggressive dogs?

Aggression cases are accepted on a case by case basis. Schedule a free evaluation and lets chat! If I can't assist you with your dog's concerns, I can help recommend  you to a trainer that can! I specialize in pet obedience, competitive obedience, and reactivity.

Do you have a service dog training program?

I do not offer a training program specific to service dogs. However, the training I do offer can assist in laying the needed foundation obedience skills for public access.

How do you accept payment for training?

I accept cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, ApplePay, and PayPal. We're also able to offer payment plans through PayPal's Pay in 4 program! You can either pay your full amount at drop off, or I allow half to be paid at drop off and the remaining amount to be paid at pick up as well.

Do your training packages come up free follow up lessons?

All of our training options come with lifetime support. This means you and your pup can do as many follow up lessons as desired. Follow up lessons are ONLY applicable for behaviors addressed during previous training. If you'd like assistance with new behaviors after training, an individual lesson fee would apply.

Do you offer in-home lessons?

Lessons can be done in-home as long as you're within our service radius. In-home lessons will incur an additional travel fee, per lesson.

How much work will I need to do once my dog comes home?

Dog training is like working out. Just like building muscle in the gym, with dog training, if you don't work on it, it'll slowly wither away. My job during your dogs Board & Train is set the foundation for all of the new behaviors. Your pup will come home with a very strong understanding of their new skills, but it will be up to you to keep working on those skills at home to ensure they continue to progress!
